What will CHES do?
It’s really straightforward: a certified engineer will bring your kit and set everything up for you, usually within an hour. They’ll also show you how to use it so you can get started straight away.
Just remember they'll need access to your boiler, broadband router (you'll need a spare Ethernet port) and a spare power socket near your router.
You can set up Hive Active Heating yourself, but you’ll need to be comfortable with wiring a receiver box into your boiler.
The wireless thermostat can be fixed to a wall in your home or you can choose to get a stand for it, so you can move it wherever works for you.
